I have used Jane Iredales whole line and there are some things that I like more than others. One that I love is the loose Amazing base. You can wear it wet or dry and it is buildable. The range in tones and shades are great. I have used this foundation for years now. I have strayed many times (I am always looking for my next favorite product), but I always come back to Jane Iredale.
The next one on my favorite list is Moon Glow. This is like sunshine in a cute gold compact. Four different luminescent colors combined with your blush or bronzer brush makes you have the perfect glow to your skin. Just a dab that's all you need. You can also wear each shade alone as a highligher or eyeshadow. Now who doesn't love a multi-tasking product. Now it will run you about $46, but it is well worth it. Mine has lasted me a long time and I use it for everything. I even dab a little over chap stick to give my lips a little luster.
One product of theirs that I had to learn to love is Longest Lash Mascara in Black Ice. When I first received this I thought it was dried out. The consistency was not what I was used to. But the formula was made to enhance your natural lashes. Not to make them all goopy. Yuck! It also has little tiny fibers in it to thicken and lengthen. I have to say that I really love this stuff now. I just had to learn how to use it. I never get clumps or flakes, just beautiful long lashes.
The whole Jane Iredale line was made for post cosmetic procedure patients, so it will never contain anything that will irritate your skin. No Bismuth Oxychloride (I am allergic to that stuff. Itchy!!) or other skin irritants. My skin is clearer for using their mineral foundation, it can breath. I do have to say that I really have to moisturize in the winter with this foundation. I get pretty darn dry. But that is with any powder or mineral foundation that I have tried.
